Cream the butter and sugar together. 2. Beat in the eggs, don't worry if it looks a bit grainy. 3. Mix in the flour (or flour mixture) until smooth. Fill bottom tray and cover with top, pressing in the seal around the edge. 4. Bake at 350 F for 25 mins. 5. Allow to cool, dip in chocolate or frosting and serve.
