This state quarter domed coin necklace was made from an authentic U.S Washington State quarter dollar coin. Washington is represented on this quarter, dated 2007. The Washington state quarter features a king salmon breaching the water in front of Mount Rainier. The inscriptions "The Evergreen State," "Washington" and "1889" are on the coin.
You might not receive the exact coin in the picture, but a Washington quarter made in the same way. Expect slight differences due to the handmade process.
After I drilled the coin, I domed, cleaned and polished it. The metal was darkened without the use of chemicals and polished to enhance the image. This is truly a unique piece of coin jewelry. The circulated quarter is 15/16 inch (24mm) in diameter and in excellent condition. It is suspended by a sturdy ring from a 30 inch (76.2cm) stainless steel ball chain secured by a connector.
The chain can be shortened upon request.
