PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
1.Place the sharpener on the platform, holding the sharpener with one hand,and holding the knife with another hand.
2.Put the knife into the slit horizontally,make the blade edge close to the bottom of the "V" opening,keep the knife in the middle angle.3-5 pulls with suitable efforts through the sharpener according to the direction as shown(Towards your body only).Please don't move backward & forward to avoid the damage on the knife blade.
3.Please don't touch the knife blade with your fingers or hand when you are sharpening it.Hold the sharpener tightly,keep sharpener's feet on the platform exactly.Don't use too hard,pulling the knife according to the direction with suitable efforts.
4.The serrated knives and ceramic knives are not allowed to be sharpened with it.
