You will love the subtle, almost sweet flavours enveloped by the heat of this sauce which is made with West India Red peppers grown locally, in the fields of Walkerswood. We don't claim it to be the hottest pepper sauce, but it has a good kick which will bring up any savoury dish. A dash or two will do.
