Sometimes, the washing machine drum will move but the motion will be noticeably reduced. The plastic hub assembly sets down atop a metal shaft and the splined "teeth" can strip out causing the washing machine drum not to spin or agitate. ?Install Tips: ?Open the washing machine cover, insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the slot of the mixer, and pry it up.Then use a 7/16 sleeve or 11 mm sleeve to loosen the bolts. Once the bolts are completely loosened, lift the agitator upwards ?Now you will see the hub assembly.
