VP Hi-Performance Classic GL-4 Gear Oil SAE 80W-90 is a mineral-based, API GL-4 lubricant designed for use with ‘yellow metals’ in synchronizers, thrust washers, bushings and other components typically found in classic manual transmissions and transaxles. This hi-performance 80W-90 gear oil has great shear stability and resists loss of viscosity. This product should not be used in an application requiring a GL-5 extreme pressure gear oil.
