This rod is meant for use with Visual Scientifics apparatus within the Eisco Labs product line. It is one foot in length and 3/8" in diameter. It has a magnetic attachment that can be removed to reveal a threaded end. This provides multiple means of attachment. The rod has a 1/4" diameter hole approximately 2.5" from the base. It goes well with several sets, including part numbers; PTSTR1, PTWDA, PTPEN and PTIPCR
