This is a vintage Dr Pepper 10 ounce soda bottle that I flattened onto a mold in my kiln that left the neck part raised to perfectly support a spoon. I use mine when I'm cooling a spoonful to taste and don't want it to run out all over the counter. It can also be used for candles or as a bar cutting board.
