New trees need deep watering to properly establish. These are a great way to make sure your young trees (or any trees) get the necessary water (especially in a summer heat spell). This bag will save your trees when Mother Nature isn't providing enough water, especially in the winter months. The slow release that really penetrates the root ball and does not run off. No more forgetting to turn the hose off that's slow dripping at the tree, take 5 minutes to fill these up and you are done!
Wrap around a tree, zip closed, fill with water and walk away...next day, move to another tree and repeat. Slow drip system makes sure water is over the root system.

Note: 1. Remember to rotate the bag around your tree prior to filling it. This will help ensure the seep holes don't get clogged. 2. Make sure to stop about 1/3 way full and lift the bags up to reposition them and ensure they are opening up completely at the bottom. 3. Please note that these water bags are tall and are not well-suited for trees with branches extended off from the trunk below 3-4 ft from the ground. You can combine 2 of these together to water trees with wider trunks. With regard to the material, sturdy and they will last for several seasons.
