Step 1: First fan out one half of the strip of paper. Step 2: Carefully start separating the layers, one by one, away from the center, until half of the pom pom is assembled. Step 3: Repeat the same process with the other half of the pom pom. Step 4: Once all the layers have been pulled away, use your hands to create a more rounded shape. Now your pom poms are ready to use! Hang them from the ceiling, above the table, under the veranda or from the tree branches in the garden.
