The BG-N7 Battery Grip from Vello is designed specifically for the Nikon D800, D800E and D810 DSLR cameras and accepts one Nikon EN-EL15 battery. Two battery trays, one for the EN-EL15 and one for the 8 AAs, are included. The design of a battery grip offers a comfortable and secure way in which to hold your DSLR, especially in the vertical position. A tripod socket is included as is a holder for the camera's contact cover so as not to lose it when it has been removed to install the battery grip. Holds one EN-EL15 battery (not included), doubling the battery life and shooting time for the Nikon D800, D800E or D810 DSLR. Provides comfortable and secure handling when shooting in the vertical position, including a secondary shutter release button and secondary AF-ON button, multi selector, main command dial and sub-command dial.
