Exposure to Ultraviolet light can result in serious damage including painful eye and skin irritations. Never Look directly at the working lamp. Follow all recommended health and safety precautions and to avoid direct exposure of the body to the UV light. Humans and pets must exit the room before the lamp is used. Prolonged, direct exposure to UVC light can cause temporary skin redness and eye irritation. Always wear appropriate PPE when handling not shielded UV-C radiation sources (e.g., long-sleeved clothing, gloves, and a UV-opaque face shield).
