Easy to Clean

Do not leave standing water in cast iron cooking grate for longer than 10-15 minutes. Wipe off excess oil and food residue with a paper towel or cloth. 

If you decide to clean with soap and water, always dry the grate immediately with a towel to evaporate any remianing mositure before stored.

ATTENTION

? Please handle with care when using.

? Fit fine with 1 griddle and 1 grate. Do not fit 2 griddle in the same grill. A small piece protrudes from the edge of the griddle. It is for protect the whole griddle so CAN NOT cover 2 griddles at the same time.

? Nothing sticks if you put a light coating of oil and heat the pan before putting the food on. Wipe it clean with paper towels while it’s warm and then just add a light coating of oil
