Update International -KGE-07- 12" Forged Granton Edge Carving Knife

Update International's 12" carving knife is great for cutting large meats such as turkey, prime rib, brisket, and roasted chicken. The granton edge (scallops) creates air pockets between the food and the blade for better release to keep food from shredding and tearing. The 12 inch blade is constructed from premium forged high-carbon steel blade with molybdenum vanadium. This knife features an ergonomic non-slip POM handle, molded for comfortable use.
