Bracket mounting operation: Mounting brackets can be mounted horizontally or vertically. After determining location to install mounting brackets, use bracket as template to mark hole positions for pre-drilling holes in surface for insertion of plastic anchors. Installation note: 1. The mounting bracket can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on the fixture to which the sun visper is to be installed. After determining the position of the mounting bracket, use the bracket as a template to mark the position of the holes in the surface pre-drilled holes to insert the plastic anchor. 2. The bracket will be installed to solid wood, plastic anchor is not necessary to install. Plastic anchors are required for other media, such as concrete or stone. After drilling, insert the plastic anchor into the hole until it is level with the surface. Remove the four screws. Turn the clutch unit 90 degrees so that the clutch eye hangs from the top, the clutch eye hangs straight, and then turn the idle end unit so that the opening is facing away from the window. 3. The final step is to install bungee ropes and ring brackets strapped to the end of the shade. This is used to help tie the shade in windy weather. Mount the bracket in the side position. Make sure that each bracket is at least 6 feet from the top of the shade and can be reached by bungee rope.
