Thewire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on PolarisEFI machines.  It will vibrate over time and break the wires eitherinternally or externally and can be hard to diagnose.  Many times it willthrow a code but not always.  Fix it now with our own version of thePolaris 2878498 harness repair kit.  Simply cut off the old harness anduse the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Mikuni TPS sensor and has 6" longwire leads.  The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your TPSsensor looks the same before ordering.  Fits the models listed below usingthe Mikuni throttle position sensors (3140173 and 3131705) Fitment: 2012-16RZR 570  2011-14RZR 800 (All Models)
