Assemble Tissue Paper Flower Pom-poms(Complimentary 10 pcs,5*10"+5*8")
1. Fold pom-pom in half at the center along the ribbon. 2. Securely tie the ribbon around the middle and leave extra length for hanging. 3. Fan out the pleats on both sides. 4. Lift the top layer of tissue paper as close to centeras possible. 5. Repeat the previous step to fluff up all layers until you get it into a ball shape. 6. Finally, gently shape the layers to make sure it looks full and blooming.
