Strongly recommand fill them with air by electric air pump,it will save you a lot of time to enjoy the party.
Do not over fill the balloons, or you may have it popped, just stop filling when the balloons turn hard on surface.
For the confetti balloons, after inflated, please rub gently with towel, wool, carpet, cloth and roll the balloons to get static so that the confetti stick to sides of the balloon. It's easier to get static at low temperatures.
