Cooked long grain rice with a mix of beans, corn, peppers, herbs and spices. Uncle Bens have gently steamed this rice in a microwaveable pouch for maximum freshness and flavour. Uncle Bens Express rice - easy to open, quick to cook, great tasting and no washing up! - Prepare and Use: To Microwave 1. Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice. 2. Tear a 2 cm opening to vent. 3. Heat on full power (700W) for 2 minutes. Microwave ovens vary. For different powered models, adjust heating time according to manufacturer's instructions. Care should be taken when handling & opening the heat pouch. Cooking instructions for pan: Bring 30ml (2tbsp.) of water to the boil in a saucepan. Add contents of pouch, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes, until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
