This value pack contains Ultra-tex 3, Ultra-tex 4, and Ultra-tex 8. Ultra-tex 3 and Ultra-tex 8 are Tapioca starches. Ultra-tex 4 is made from Waxy Maize (corn). They are all excellent thickeners for soups, sauces and dressings. They are also used extensively in gluten-free baking to improve texture and appearance. They are soluble in cold liquids as well as hot. Ingredients are 100% Food Grade. Beware cheap industrial grade versions of these products.
