Twisted Manila Hemp Rope Hemp Rope from Golberg

Golberg's Manila Rope is a natural, strong rope that is made to last both indoors and outdoors. Use this rustic rope for any of your projects, including landscaping, saltwater & freshwater boats, docks, or fishing nets. Manila rope is a rustic material produced from manila hemp fibers. Our manila rope is made of 100% natural manila hemp fibers, and then treated with a special oil. This oil increases natural resistance to the outside elements, including moisture, and weather. Threads remain strong in rain, wind, sun, and snow. Twisted rope is a classic rope construction technique where 3 strands of rope fibers are tightly coiled together in the same direction, creating a balanced rope that hangs straight and resists kinking.

Manila is commonly used in general utility, mooring, decoration, land lines, and crafting. Use our hemp rope for a dock, tree hanging swing, or climbing projects! Please note, this rope can shrink in length and expand in diameter when it gets wet. Our rope is easy to grip, moisture absorbent, and affordable. The visually appealing natural look of this rope makes it ideal for handrails, pathways, decorative fences, and much more. Our Manila rope is low-stretch and has excellent texture for gripping, making it an ideal rope for climbing, and other exercises. It also absorbs moisture making it the top choice for tug of war, obstacle courses, and stage rigging.
