PLEASE NOTE: these earrings are DAINTY. The measurements are provided, and there are additional pictures for size perspective.
Each earring contains a small hammered disc hanging below a tiny turquoise rondelle. All metal is solid sterling silver.
Each small disc charm measures about 9.5mm in diameter (3/8"), and is 20 gauge thick sterling silver. The disc has been hammered/textured by hand. The disc has been tumbled and polished to a bright finish. Each disc will be unique and will vary slightly from the photo listings.
Each tiny turquoise rondelle measures 4-5mm in diameter (2-3mm thick), and is a hand-cut faceted rondelle. This is natural turquoise with brown inclusions; each rondelle will vary slightly in size and color. Instead of turquoise, a gemstone can be chosen to represent a birth month or color scheme. Each tiny faceted gemstone rondelle measures 4-5mm in diameter and is 2-3mm thick. Some of these gemstones are natural and others have been treated/dyed. Please note that these ARE NOT FLAWLESS gemstones: I select nice looking stones for each order, but some have small inclusions or fissures/cracks.
The earrings are shown with french ear wires, but can be made with leverbacks or posts. The ear wires are sterling silver.
With the french ear wire, the earring measures approximately 30mm (1.2") long from the ear hole; the length will be different with other ear wire types.
NOTE: I have these earrings available with a small pearl instead of the turquoise rondelle.
