USING STEPS 1.Open the battery compartment cover and put the 4"AA"batteries(not included in package) into compartment(place batteries correctly by matching"+""-"marks).Then close the cover. 2.Before remove the cork you need to remove the foil from the bottle using the cutter provided. 3.Place the electric wine opener on top of the wine bottle.Make sure that it remains as upright as possible at all time.If you hold the opener at an angle to the bottle,it will not remove the cork properly. 4.Hold the opener firmly and press the lower part of the switch.Then the corkscrew spiral will turn in a clockwise direction and enter the cork.Then gradually remove it from the bottle.When the opener mechanism stop the cork has been fully removed from the bottle. 5.Lift the opener away from the bottle,to remove the cork simply press the upper part of the switch.The spiral will turn in a counter-clockwise direction and release the cork.
