How To Use For a hot oil treatment, warm 3 Tbsp. of the oil and massage into hair then put on heating cap for a half hour or massage castor oil into hair. put on heating cap and sit under dryer for 10 min. Can also be applied when needed for added moisture in the hair as a leave-in serum. For skin, it can be used as a daily moisturizer. You can massage the coconut oil into the chest to help with chest colds, asthma, and bronchial issues.
