Although he misses Julian, who left Sunnyvale a year earlier, Bubbles is happier than he's ever been running his own pizza sauce business. However, when he and Ricky find Julian fishing for lobsters and living in a shipping container nearby, it doesn’t take long for a major drugs deal to be set up involving Ricky’s special weed-based 5 Hour De-Energy drink. The project is complicated by Randy, who has a newfound obsession with becoming a cop.
