Brewing Instructions : Using tea pot with filter, 1 tablespoon (8g.) of tea with 200ml. boiling water, brew it for 2-3 minutes. Once the tea turns dark blue, it's ready to make it into any tea drink of your choice. Traditional style can be used - a cloth filter bag or cotton strainer. Mixing instructions : 1. Pastel Bluemoon or Thai Milk Tea, Thai Iced Tea Mix 30-45 ml. of sweetened condensed milk, fresh milk or condensed milk, according to preference, serve over ice. 2. Ultra violet or Lemon Thai Tea Mix 20-30 ml. of sugar syrup according to taste, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and serve over ice. The tea will turn a violet color once the lemon juice is added.
