Tortiglioni is a type of pasta, similar to rigatoni but larger and with deeper grooves that spiral around the pasta. They take their name from the Latin word torquere, meaning "to twist". It made with carefully selected, 100% Italian wheat, mixed with water from the Lattari Mountains, bronze die extruded and dried slowly following traditional methods.
