Elegant yellow colour with light, golden nuances. It offers fine varietal aromas on the nose (wild flowers), is very rich in fruit (quince, plum jam, "Reineta" apples) and toasty nuances from the ageing process. Generous and persistent on the palate, smooth, with a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Ideal for dressings, vinaigrettes and marinades, also for cooking fish and shellfish. 1870 The company's foundation by Mr Jaime Torres Vendrell. Our L’Aranyó estate, situated in the area of Juneda, in the heart of the Les Garrigues region, is a real Mediterranean sanctuary of olive trees more than four hundred years old. This estate, which was planted with cereals and olive trees by the Duke of Medinaceli, later belonged to the monks of Montserrat. At the end of the nineties we began to cultivate the Olive Oil here in a typically continental climate. Since 1999 “El Silencio” and “Eterno” are produced here.
