On Sunday, January 14, 2007, Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling presented the three-hour "Final Resolution" epic event live and exclusively on Pay-Per-View from Orlando, Florida! That night, the NWA World Heavyweight title was on the line as "The Monster" Abyss defended against both Sting and Christian Cage in an Elimination Match! The event also featured a brutal Thirty-Minute Ironman Match between Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle and his rival "The Saman Submission Machine" Samoa Joe in an attempt to finally end their three-month war!
