Features:
1. Hard PPC materials can protect fragile DVD/CD very well. We have found in many experiments that hard PPC materials are more suitable for making CD storage case than soft materials. We found that PPC materials under heavy loads can disperse the pressure generated by the downward pressure of the heavy object in experiments, and the pressure on the DVD/CD becomes less.
2. The DVD holders storage cases adopts a tight connection process, which can protect the fragile CD/DVD in a humid environment. The external hard PPC material can block moisture, and the internal PP film can quickly absorb moisture. As we all know, DVDs and CDs are easily damaged as long as they are exposed to moisture, so it is necessary to have a waterproof CD storage binder.
3. In the product experiment, we found that when the DVD case holder shakes, the CD contained in the inner page is very easy to fall. After improvement, we add elastic material to the insertion port of the inner page slot, and the elastic material can prevent the CD from falling during the shaking.
