Pour in hot/cold water for Preheating / Precooling, cover the lid, let it stand for 5-10 minutes then throw-out the water. 3. Put in the food contents and cover the food jar avoiding any spill For best results, don't fill more than 3/4 or 4/5 of the total capacity. 4. Secure the lid by turning the main lid clockwise to prevent any leakage. 5. Foldable spoon can be tucked / placed on top of inner lid before outer lid is closed.
