This is no ordinary bergamot -- our source creates this essence by steam-distilling organic bergamot citrus rind, resulting in especially bright and clean flavors. Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) is a small flowering plant in the family Asteraceae, native to Europe and North America. Both the flowers and shoots of the plant are edible and can be consumed raw or cooked.
