Simply coat the chicken with oil, season inside and out, and pop into a hot oven. For a more intense flavor boost, let seasoned meat rest 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight before cooking.
RECIPE: Turmeric Pickled Cauliflower
Makes about 8 cups
Options:
1.)Place apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, and your choice of seasoning in large pot and bring mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add cold water. Let mixture come to room temperature.
2.)Place cauliflower and jalapenos in large non-reactive container. Pour vinegar mixture over cauliflower and transfer to refrigerator. The cauliflower will be ready to eat in 24 hours but will continue to deepen in flavor the longer it sits.
