Take a journey into the world of street dancing with the Roc Kidz Crew, a break dance group comprised of 6 different nationalities, all of whom discovered this particular form of dance between the 1980s and 1990s and made it a lifestyle. Throughout the course of this exciting documentary, the Crew shares their personal philosophies on life, making a living, training, dealing with injuries, and functioning as a member of a travelling dance team. Benny Kimoto, a member of the world famous B-Boy crew The Flying Steps, is a dominant personality in The Rising Sun and world record holder for the most number of consecutive head spins. His illuminating presence and personality brings out the best in his teammates as the Crew maintains an intense performance schedule to make a name for themselves and live their dream.
