The Parable of the Good Samaritan Flannel Board Story

This 14 piece "printed" flannel board story made from my own original pictures is based on the New Testament Bible story of Jesus teaching the parable of the good Samaritan. Story excerpt: "The man, wanting to feel better about himself, asked Jesus who his neighbor was. To answer his question Jesus told the man a story. A man was walking from Jerusalem to Jericho. Some thieves attacked him on his way. They beat him up, took everything he had, including his clothes, and left him to die on the road. While he was lying there in pain a priest, a religious leader, came along. When the priest saw him he went to the other side of the road to pass by. A while later a Levite, another religious leader of the time, came along. When the Levite noticed the man, he looked at him and also passed by on the other side of the road. Finally, a Samaritan man came along. (The Samaritan people were not liked by the people in the surrounding areas.) The Samaritan saw the injured man and felt bad for him. He decided to help the man." Kids love to hear stories and look at colorful pictures. This set is perfect to use for Family Home Evening, Primary, or for the Faith in God Program.
