For two hours every morning, for a very special two weeks of the year, the tea puckers of the Chinese Fujian province where white tea is grown, are in the fields at the crack of dawn to catch the early morning shoots. Once plucked, these are simply left in the sun to naturally wither and sent to people who appreciate this kind of thing (i.e. tea pigs). Possibly the most exclusive tea we stock.
