Recipe Ingredients:
1½ pounds pork tenderloin, cut in half lengthwise, thinly sliced
1 (14 ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
Directions:
1. In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté pork until no longer pink, about 4-6 minutes.
2. Stir in vegetables and Honey Teriyaki Sauce. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5-7 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; stir in pineapple.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve over white rice or angel hair pasta.
Tip: For a thicker sauce, whisk together 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water. Stir into stir-fry; simmer 1 minute.
