Dark brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), onions, bourbon, garlic, pepper sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), rice starch, lemon juice concentrate, molasses, natural butter flavor, salt.

Recipe Ingredients:
6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
Directions:
1. Season salmon with pepper. Place in a gallon freezer bag with Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Seal well and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove salmon from bag; discard bag with marinade. Place salmon in a greased baking dish.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer and flakes easily with a fork.
Makes 6 servings.
