Sublimation Printing Process: 1. Take pen apart as ONLY the white piece is Sublimatable. 2. Tape Printout on the white printing side by heat resistant tape; suggest you roll the whole design so there is no tape line seen on the pen. Transfer image paper size suggests at 4.18" L x 1.35" W. 3. Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the pen barrel. 4. Place pens in convection oven 380F/5 Minutes. Rotating the pens at the half-way point if your pen is touching a metal surface during baking not let the barrel touch a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt! 5. After transfer, tear off the photo paper. 6. Enjoy your personal designed sublimation product.
