You can view the entire routine twice, first view from the front, and second view from the back, as though you are standing behind David-Dorian, following his movements.

About the Director
David Dorian Ross is the 4 time U.S. Gold Medalist in Tai Chi Chi Chuan performnce, 2 time World Bronze World Siver Medalist. He holds a degree in Human Movement Studies from San Francisco State Unuversity is author of Workouts for the Soul and a series of workbooks on Tai Chi, and is a member of IDEA's Mind Body Excercise commitee
