Sweet Basil Seeds For Planting

The sweet basil is a green, tall, fast-growing plant with tasty, sweet leaves that go perfect with most dishes.  Germination for this variety of basil is 5-10 days.  It takes 60-90 days for the basil plant to become mature.  

We love sweet basil because:

Harvest in the morning.  Pick leaves to use in your cooking as needed.  If you wish to harvest the plant entirely, do it before it begins to flower.  Cut the entire plant 4-6" above the ground to promote a second growth.
