To make Mongolian Beef with our seasoning:Ingredients1 package Sun-Bird Mongolian Beef Seasoning Mix1/4 cup your choise of soy sauce2 1/2 tablespoons water2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil1 pound beef thinly sliced to your taste1/8 cup sliced chives or green onions2 cups cooked rice to spoon overPreparation1 Blend together seasoning mix, soy sauce, and water; set aside.2 In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Add meat and cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.3 Stir in seasoning mixture and continue cooking until meat is coated and sauce is thickened.4 Top with green onions if desired.5 Serve over cooked rice.
