The production of our Manuka Honey is based on a gentle process. The natural product is processed at temperatures similar to those found in the beehive, thus preserving important enzymes and flavours. Through our Scrape & Separate method, components of the beebread and pollen are preserved along with their nutrients. This gives the honey a crystalline structure.
