Q&A Question:Can this be used to cook food in a 400 degree convection oven? Answer:I have only used it up to a temperature of boiling water (approx 212 deg F). At this a boiling water temperature the racks have worked very well for me. Question:What pot do you use with these? I want to get the right one. Answer:I use it to make steam bread. Question:Can this be placed in the bottom of a pot to do canning on? Answer:I bought it to use in my stainless steel stock pot to do water bath canning and it works great. Question:What are the hole sizes on the plate? Answer:I did not measure, but a small grape could not fall through.
