? Tips
1. It would be better to leave open the printer if you often use it, as most printers will start printhead cleaning automatically when reset, which will waste the ink.
2: But if the machine isn't used frequently, you can turn it off. Just need to switch on the power weekly, which will protect the printhead from clogging.
3. If prints come with color fading, streak or broken lines, please try to clean the printer head and nozzle for a few times.
4. If your printer appears an alert like "Low Ink or Ink Has Been Depleted", press "Continue" or "OK" to dismiss the prompt then get ready to install the new cartridges.
5. When you receive an error "Cartridge cannot be recognized" , please remove the affected cartridge and gently wipe the chip with a lint free cloth or rubber eraser. If issue persists, turn off printer and unplug the power source for 30 seconds then try again.
