Starbucks Coffee Bring Us Together - 12 Fluid Ounce Coffee Mug

Jenna Floyd, a self-taught deaf artist was commissioned to design this mug for Starbucks. She is a freelance illustrator and a full-time advocate for the deaf community. Jenna's visual mediation ritual combines drawing with the gathering of visual images and transforming them via typography and hands signifying American Sign Language. The image on the mug says "Starbucks". Many people sign this way with "flickering" middle fingers, representing a start. Here two handshapes combine to express movement - a togetherness for all.
