Major Panno was a Dressellian scout and tactician in service to the Rebel Alliance. He had previously worked as a commando. When Panno joined the Alliance, he was followed by political activist Olander Brit, who became a major in the Alliance too. In the Alliance, Panno worked with Crix Madine to detail the logistics of the General's strike operations. In 4 ABY, both Panno and Brit were present in the briefing of rebel forces before the Battle of Endor.
