Spiny Restharrow (or just restharrow) is a European plant that grows mostly in forests and on roadsides and in dry meadows. It is found throughout much of Europe. The fresh root emits a strong “goaty” odour. To make a decoction, take 1 tsp of Spiny Restharrow Root and pour 200 ml of cold water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 3-5 minutes. Take from heat and brew undercover for 15 minutes. After this time strain and drink.
