The Delicata Winter Squash (aka Sweet Potato Squash) is one of the tastier squashes with its creamy pulp that tastes a little like sweet potatoes. This variety produces elongated fruit that are pale cream with green stripes and that are about 7-10” long. Because of its thin skin, this variety doesn’t keep as long as most other winter squashes.
