Simple 4 step directions... 1.)Remove battery cables; negative cable first. 2.) Pour a generous amount of the Battery Cleaner on corroded parts. Let set for 2-4 minutes. Flush area with water. Re-apply until liquid no longer foams yellow. Wipe Dry. 3.) Place terminal protector between battery terminal and the terminal post. (For side terminals remove inner ring) 4.) Reconnect the battery cables; positive cable first.
